Hi! I'm Courtney!
But you can call me Courto! 
I teach the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition to women like you and help them develop physical AND mental strength, so they can create a happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
My fitness journey has been a pretty wild ride - from battling anorexia that landed me in the hospital my freshman year of college to bulking as I prepped for bikini competitions and winning the NPC Overall Bikini title. I went full circle from being way too skinny, to stupid strong before finally learning how to develop a sense of balance that makes me feel good and love my body. Along the way I got my degree in Food & Nutrition Science, became an ISSN certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and learned a TON about the science behind creating effective fitness and nutrition plans.
But hands down, the most important thing I’ve learned throughout my journey is that success - whether it’s in fitness or any aspect of your life - comes down to your mindset. 
At the end of the day, hitting your fitness goals is about SO MUCH more than the number of calories you eat or how often you go to the gym. It all comes down to the things you tell yourself and allow yourself to believe. About your body. About your diet. And about your capabilities and strength in ALL areas of your life.
You are 1000% capable of achieving the physique you want...and SO MUCH more.
You are so much stronger and more capable than you can even imagine, and it’s time to start believing in yourself again.
